The Social Innovation Workshop Foundation was established in 2011 and its main goal is to support young people in gaining new opportunities for development and support. The organization’s goals are realized by conducting scientific research, implementing and evaluating projects aimed at improving the quality of social life, carried out both by the Foundation and by other entities, developing and conducting training programs, integrating various circles (scientific, public administration, business, third sector) around the issue of social innovation, and by promoting, organizing and implementing programs on volunteer activities.

As the lead partner, Warsztat Innowacji Społecznych is responsible for the overall coordination of the project. This includes overseeing project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all partners, and managing the project budget. They will also provide expertise in design thinking methodology and facilitate training sessions on this methodology for all project participants. Additionally, they are tasked with ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and offering consultation on methodological approaches throughout the project duration. Warsztat Innowacji Społecznych will spearhead the creation of a toolkit with recommendations, which will be collaboratively developed by all partners.

Action Synergy

Action Synergy is an organisation which is an expert in the development and implementation of e-learning courses, nonformal education seminars (soft skills included), as well as in the creation of synergies between organisations working in various fields. They are also an expert in the organization of international mobility and European projects from 1987 when the organisation was established. The organisation has participated in a considerable number of EU educational projects, such as COMETT, PETRA, SOCRATES, LEONARDO DA VINCI, ADAPT, TEMPUS, PHARE, Distance learning, LLP, ERASMUS+

Action brings expertise in youth training and will contribute by providing skilled trainers for organizing creative sessions with young migrants. Leveraging their experience in working with migrants, Action will offer valuable insights and background knowledge to enrich project activities. They will also take charge of producing podcasts, drawing on their extensive experience in this field. Furthermore, Action will play a crucial role in project evaluation, contributing to the assessment of project outcomes and the preparation of evaluation reports.

Fundatia Nationala pentru Tineret

FNT’s mission is empowering and developing young people through educational, cultural, and democratic programs. These initiatives focus on fostering an understanding of human rights, intercultural dialogue, democratic principles, and the foundational values of the EU and the Council of Europe.

FNT’s vast operational spectrum encompasses psychological support, educational guidance, employment counseling, language courses, cultural events, and volunteer opportunities. Notably, FNT has been at the forefront of offering aid to young Ukrainian refugees. Since 2022, FNT has effectively utilized its expansive network of youth centers (10) across Romania to provide safe spaces and essential resources, facilitating the integration and well-being of young refugees.

FNT, or the National Youth Foundation, specializes in cultural projects and will lead the implementation of pilot activities related to cultural integration. They will leverage their expertise in working with cultural initiatives to provide guidance and support in this area. Additionally, FNT will be responsible for project promotion and dissemination, ensuring that project activities and outcomes are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders. They will also offer advice and expertise throughout the project duration, contributing to the overall success and impact of the project.
