MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:
To increase the active participation and inclusion of young migrants (aged 13-30) from three countries: Poland, Greece, Romania, in the activities of cultural institutions and shaping the program offer of at least 3 public cultural institutions, aiming to enhance migrants’ sense of belonging and cultural integration within the local community. We aim to achieve this through education and training in the Design Thinking methodology for youth workers, enabling in-depth interviews and creative processes leading to the development of 3 pilot programs in cultural institutions during the project duration.
