30 stories, 3 countries, 1 goal – why we’re talking to young migrants

Thirty interviews. Three countries – Poland, Greece, Romania. Ten people in each. Sounds like a neat research plan, doesn’t it?

But we’re not really after numbers here. We want to know what it’s actually like to be young, new to a country, and trying to figure out where you fit in culturally.

So we’re talking to people. One on one. About their experiences with local culture, integration, the small wins and the frustrating moments. The stuff you won’t find in any report.

We made sure to talk to all kinds of people – different ages, backgrounds, some who arrived recently, others who’ve been around for years. Migration looks different for everyone, and we wanted to reflect that.

What do we do with all this? These conversations will help us build programs that actually make sense. Not designed in an office somewhere, but shaped by real experiences.

We’ve already started. More updates coming soon.
